1. Is the jewelry you carry "real"?

A: Yes, we don't carry costume jewelry. We primarily carry sterling silver, gold ranging from 10 to 18 karat, and also contemporary metals such as tungsten carbide.

2. Do you create bespoke jewelry?

A: Yes, we're able to create designs based off on what you would like as well as your specifications regarding material choices, engravings, sizes, etc. Message us on Instagram or visit us in person to get started!

3. Am I able to wear on jewelry for all occasions? 

A: It's advised to take off your jewelry during activities such as exercising, swimming, showering, and sleeping to best preserve the longevity of your precious jewelry.

4. Do you offer repairs?

A: Yes, we offer a multitude of in-house jewelry repair including but not limited to resizing, finding replacements, soldering jobs, watch band adjustments, watch batteries, and more.

5. Do you have a return policy?

A: If unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day exchange for store credit so long as you have the receipt and the jewelry is in its original condition.

6. Do you do watch batteries?

A. We carry both lithium and silver-oxide batteries, which can range from $20 to $35 dollars. We also offer replacements such as gaskets, spring pins, and replacement bracelet pins if needed for purchase. We may also replace solar-powered capacitors but the price varies depending on the supplier and number.

7. How long do watch batteries last?

A. Depending on the number of complications in your watch, your battery may last from a year to several-- it's best to refer to your owner's manual for an estimate. We guarantee that our silver-oxide batteries will last you for a year however and will replace dud batteries if warranted.
